NPSWG Workshop Agreement

______________________________ (the instructor) agrees to conduct the following workshop for the Northwest Pennsylvania Spinners and Weavers Guild (NPSWG).

NPSWG agrees to pay the instructor a fee of $________ per day/ per person for these services, with total compensation not to exceed $_______________. NWSWG/ The instructor agrees to be responsible for all transportation, shipping, accommodation and meal costs. If accommodation is to be provided by NPSWG, it shall consist of a private bedroom in a non-smoking household/ a room in a motel or Bed & Breakfast.

The instructor will supply _________________________________, for which a materials fee of $______ per person will be collected by NPSWG, payable to the instructor with the other fees upon completion of the workshop.

A non-refundable/refundable deposit of $______ towards the class fee will be paid to the instructor upon signing of this contract. All other fees will be paid upon completion of the workshop, with the exception of transportation costs. If NPSWG has agreed to be responsible for transportation costs, the instructor will be reimbursed for these costs as soon as they are incurred.

In the event that the instructor is unable to fulfill this contract, NPSWG will be informed in writing no later than ___________________, and the instructor will reimburse NPSWG for any reasonable and necessary expenses.

In the event that NPSWG is unable to fulfill this contract, the instructor will be informed in writing no later than ___________________, and NPSWG will forfeit/the instructor will return the deposit of $________. If notification is later than this date, NPSWG agrees to pay the instructor the amount of $__________, as well as any reasonable and necessary expenses.
